The company had a small business charm that you don't find with big companies. It was nice to have real service.
It you had put a column that says "Absolutely" or "Very Much So" (In your customer satisfaction survey), I"d have checked them. Everyone, from secretary to tow truck drivers to the owner, have been kind & promptly responsive... I'm very impressed. Thank you.

I can always count on Restivo to do a good job. I've had repair work done here several times over the years.
