Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on our work. All parts are guaranteed as per the manufacturers warranty for each specific part.

How long will repairs take?

The time of the repair depends on the complexity of repair, the part vendors and the insurance companies doing their part in a timely manner. We take pride in our work and go by the phrase "restored to perfection" which is why the quality of work is our number 1 priority over rushing through a job. With that said your vehicle will be repaired in a planned fashion to achieve both quality and efficiency.

What insurance providers do you work with?

We work with ALL insurance providers.

It is important to know when dealing with an insurance company you make the ultimate decision on where your vehicle goes.

You insurance provider will try and send you to a "preferred shop" but you must consider their reasons on doing so (low cost / after market parts / sacrifice quality).

When choosing Restivo's we make sure your vehicle is repaired the proper way and in a timely manor, where you can expect the best repair results everytime your vehicle is in our hands.

How do you accept payments?

Can we help arrange a rental car?

Yes, ask our staff and we will schedule a rental car to be present when you drop off your car for repairs.

Do I need an appointment for estimates?

No, you can stop in during business hours ( Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) for a FREE estimate!

Where will my vehicle be stored?

We have a 13,000 sq foot facility where your vehicle will be stored inside during the repairs.

Will my paint match?

Yes, our certified painters are experts in color matching. We use water based paints and finishes by nationally recognized PPG to bring back the original look and shine you expect.
